You have most likely received a phone call or correspondence in the post from our office and would like some more information.

Many people and organisations that we contact are initially very surprised when told they have lost monies owing to them without being aware of it.

Originally a letter or cheque will be sent from an institution to the rightful owner. If this letter is lost in the mail, addressed incorrectly or does not reach you for whatever reason, it is then transferred into a trust account that is non-interest bearing, where it remains until recovered by the rightful owner.
